Dr Charles Hemenway joined New Orleans Children‘s Hospital as Service Line Leader for its Cancer and Blood Disorders Centre.
Hemenway is a board-certified pediatric hematologist oncologist. He will serve as the clinical lead of the nationally recognized and newly expanded Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, which treats more than 1,100 children with cancer or blood disorders each year.
Hemenway most recently served as director of the combined MD/PhD program at Loyola University Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine.
He is a graduate of Middlebury College and Chan Medical School at the University of Massachusetts. He completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital and his fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Duke University Medical Center.

Shelley Napolitano joined Foley and Mansfield as a litigation partner in his New Orleans office.
Her practice focuses on asbestos and talc litigation and she will be a member of the firm’s tort, environmental and product liability practice groups.
Napolitano joins Foley & Mansfield after primarily representing premises owners, suppliers and various equipment and product manufacturers in traditional asbestos litigation as well as product manufacturers and suppliers in talc litigation.

Mike Humphrey took over as broker manager of McEnery Residential Uptown and Mandeville offices.
Humphrey began his full-time real estate career in 2002 and has held leadership and training coordination positions. He became director of sales and training for McEnery in 2021.

Lauren Hebert-Henderson joined General of Baton Rouge as Director of Community Relations.
Hebert-Henderson most recently served as Program Director for the Mayor’s Healthy City Initiative, working with over 100 community partners to deliver programs and resources. She also has experience in the mental health field, working in the field with patients in rehabilitation and crisis intervention.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern University.

Brackett is a Managing Member of Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, where his practice focuses on representing clients in the defense of maritime personal injury claims, including Federal Longshore Workers’ Compensation and Marine Act claims. the base of the defense. He earned his bachelor’s degree and law degree from Tulane University.
Deidre Deculus Robert, of Baton Rouge, is vice-president. Robert is Director of Rural Development for the State of Louisiana at the United States Department of Agriculture. Until recently, Robert was an executive advisor to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. She also served as General Counsel for the Southern University System and Deputy Director of the Litigation Division of the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office. She earned her bachelor’s degree from LSU and her law degree from Southern University Law Center, where she is an adjunct professor.
Ninth Judicial District Judge John C. Davidson, of Alexandria, is treasurer. Davidson was elected a district judge in 2004. He began his private practice in New Orleans, working in the areas of complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Davidson moved to Alexandria in 1992 and continued his private practice in the areas of commercial litigation, general defense work, personal injury and state law. He received his law degree from LSU Law Center, where he was an order of the cap and a member of the Louisiana Law Review.
Edmund J. Giering IV, of Baton Rouge, is a secretary. Giering is general counsel for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and his practice focuses on corporate law and governance, complex corporate, real estate and gift transactions, risk management, and nonprofits and tax exempt. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history, a master’s degree in commerce, and a law degree from LSU.

Susanna Room was named senior vice president and chief commercial officer of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Unitedstarting August 1.
Hall will oversee national retail sales, marketing, onsite, revenue growth management, e-commerce, and planning and analytics for the third-largest bottler of Coca-Cola in the United States. She will replace Mike Suco, who will become president and CEO of Coca-Cola United.
She has served as vice president of the western region of Baton Rouge-based Coca-Cola United since 2016, overseeing 2,600 employees and 12 sales centers in Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
A native of New Iberia, Hall has been part of the Coca-Cola system since 1996 and has held several leadership positions in finance, category management, sales and operations. Previously, she held finance and accounting positions at McIlhenny Co., maker of Tabasco brand products.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans.
